New Paths Therapy is the practice of Sheri Rezak-Irons, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Sheri earned a Masters of Social Work degree from George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis. With over 18 years of experience, Sheri provides psychotherapy services to clients in her private practice. In addition, she provided professional services in a clinical setting for over 10 years.
Sheri is a certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) practitioner. She finds it invaluable in treating trauma, illness, pain and losss. Clients can then find their inner resources and reconnect to themselves.
Sheri helps clients make changes in their life in a supportive, encouraging and safe atmosphere. She practices with the utmost respect for her clients and their process of healing and growth.
Sheri believes in balancing the mind and the body to assist clients in stress relief and healing. Clients receive a relaxation CD as part of their treatment, which allows them to continue working on stress, anxiety and pain relief at home.
